Since 2023, Otonomee has been proud to be a Certified B Corporation—one of just close to 10,000 companies worldwide to achieve this status.

Environmental Sustainability

Protecting our planet is a responsibility we all share. From reducing our carbon footprint to promoting conscious consumption and sustainable operations internally, we embed the planet into how we work every day. Our People work from their Home Offices, a place that they love, we remove daily commuting, our emissions are dramatically lower by design. In our recent sustainability survey, 74% of team members say remote work affects their sustainability efforts in a positive way.

Culture is often described as ‘the way we do things around here’. Something hard to codify. Something in the air. Of course, previously it was wedded to a place. A place people went. Where culture was learned primarily through observation.

When we founded Otonomee the world said that you could not build Culture in a fully remote company.

We knew differently and believed that anywhere ever you had a group of people, in person or on line, a culture would develop and grow—whether you chartered that growth positively or not.

At Otonomee, we speak about being Intentional about our Culture, we work on it every day. It is the foundation on how the business works together, works with our Clients. Its seen in our behaviours and interactions and how we live our values day to day...

I can’t choose between “Be Curious” and “Do Great Work”. I can’t stand where I can’t
discover new things, not only having someone to teach me, but really getting interested in my tasks and I really want to go ahead and do my very best after looking into all the possible variants to solve any kind of problem, even if it’s a new resolution out of nowhere.
