Otonomee Wins Best Employee Engagement at the 2025 CCMA Ireland Awards

Otonomee has made history.

This weekend, at the 2025 CCMA Irish Customer Contact and Shared Services Awards, Otonomee was awarded Best Employee Engagement — marking the first time a fully remote outsourcing company has ever won this award. The ceremony took place at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on Friday, November 21, 2025, with nearly 600 attendees and hundreds of companies from across a range of sectors.

This recognition celebrates organisations that can build culture, performance, and community through strong employee engagement strategies — and Otonomee stood out for its focus on employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, and a culture deeply grounded in values and behaviours.
