Hilary O'Shea, Co-Founder and CCO of Otonomee, joins Episode 30 of the Irish VC Podcast as part of a panel discussion alongside Alison MacSweeney of Brandhive and Ryan O'Neil of LegitFit. Together, they explore the critical role of branding for start-ups, highlighting the importance of balancing product development with building a strong brand identity.

In the Podcast, Hilary shares her view on branding: "We're still working on our brand but it was key for us to attract great talent so I think to both your point, you have to work on the product of the service, but as well, your logo, your purpose, how you articulate your brand, how you describe your brand, your website, all of those facets will actually lead you to attract great clients. And then over the years I suppose, very quickly we have always done a kind of a 360 or review of what is our messaging, do we need to change our messaging, who's our target audience, so I don't think you ever stop working on your brand."
